Refund policy

Buying wine should be a fun experience! If there are ever any issues with your wine from Balance Nation please don't hesitate to contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer full returns on orders for up to 90 days after purchase and a hassle-free returns process.

How to return an order:

Step 1

To start a return, the best way to contact us is at info@balancenation.com.au

Step 2

If a return is required, you can:

Drop it off at your local post office (we’ll email you the Australia Post delivery sticker to put on the box)

When packing your return, any wine box will do. Please just make sure the bottles are not loose and are secure for delivery.

Step 3

Once we have received your return our team will process the refund to your credit card, PayPal account or provide you store credit.

Please be aware:

If you’ve opened two bottles or less in a case of twelve, or one in a case of six, we can organise a return and give you a full credit or refund. Anything other than this then please just contact us, let us know the details and we’ll see how we can best resolve it for you.

We don't accept returns on Gifts.

If it's been more than 90 days since your order we can't accept a return.

We value our members and want everyone to enjoy great wine. However we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we think the policy is being used unfairly.

Breakages

If you receive a case of wine with one or more broken bottles, simply let us know within 2 working days of the date of delivery and Balance Nation will issue you with an account credit equal to the price paid by you for the broken bottles.

How to cancel an order before it is shipped:

If you cancel an order after we have shipped it we'll process the refund once the stock has been recovered and is returned.
